AV Production Case Study
INTO Congress 2026
Fastlane Audio Visual provided full AV support for the three-day INTO Congress at the Gleneagle Area (INEC), Kerry.
This annual event brings together over 1000 delegates across 3-days.
We provided full production services, including AV equipment and technical support, over the duration of the 3-day event.
Pre-Event Planning & Collaboration
Fastlane Audio Visual is a leading AV production company delivering technical support for events across Ireland.
For this project, we created detailed floor plans for both the main plenary space and breakout rooms, along with front-of-house visualisations of the stage design to ensure every element was clearly defined in advance.
In the lead-up to the event, a dedicated production manager was assigned to oversee on-site coordination. We scheduled regular production calls with the client and venue to stay aligned on timelines and requirements. A final content review took place three days before setup, ensuring all presentations, videos, and event assets were accurate and ready for delivery.
Audio and Visual Technical Set Up
For the live event, we delivered a comprehensive AV setup designed to support both in-room and remote audiences.
A professional audio system was installed, including lectern microphones, push-to-talk microphones for the top table, as well as lapel and handheld microphones to suit different speakers and formats.
Visual delivery was centred around the in-house 15m x 3m LED video wall, used to display high-quality imagery, supported by two 3.5m x 2m side screens. A video switcher was used to seamlessly manage multiple content layers, including presentations, video playback, live camera feeds, and branded elements.
Lighting and Stage Design
The stage setup featured a 14m x 2.5m platform with a wheelchair-accessible ramp, along with three branded lecterns, one of which was fully accessible.
To support smooth event flow, countdown timers and traffic light systems were integrated into the lecterns, helping speakers stay on schedule.
The lighting design included an 8-way stage lighting package complemented by 12 LED uplighters, which enhanced the overall visual environment and highlighted the draped backdrop.
Camera, Recording and Streaming
The event was streamed live using a multi-camera setup, ensuring a dynamic and engaging viewing experience for remote audiences.
The live stream was distributed to multiple breakout rooms, including the press office, parents’ room, and standing order room, allowing tailored access for different attendee groups.
Post-event, we provided a full recording of each speaker’s session as individual video files. Each recording was delivered with branded backgrounds, enabling the client to repurpose the content for their website and ongoing communications.
The Result
The event was a resounding success, reflecting the strength of detailed planning and precise on-site execution. We transformed the venue with a prominent stage design, integrated accessible features, and high-impact digital branding throughout.
The seamless integration of audio, visual, lighting, and streaming elements resulted in a polished, professional experience that not only met but exceeded expectations – leaving a lasting impression on both in-room and remote attendees.
